TickTrack provides read-only portfolio analytics and tracking tools. TickTrack:
- Is not a broker
- Is not a financial advisor
- Does not execute trades or move funds
All information is provided for informational purposes only.

TickTrack does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Any insights or analytics are informational and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the Service lawfully
- Make your own financial decisions
You are solely responsible for actions taken based on information provided by TickTrack.
5. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. Third-Party Services
TickTrack integrates with third-party services such as Plaid. TickTrack is not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues caused by third parties.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. TickTrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
TickTrack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickTrack is not liable for:
- Financial losses
- Data inaccuracies
- Service interruptions

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TickTrack constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
